These FOCEXECs will generate a master schedule that the public information office can use for official publications. In addition, the program code will show how to create "hold" files to include courses taught at various sites. Once the program is ran, you can use software like WS-FTP to copy the resulting files to the PC. These files are "formatted" to create a "professional" looking (one that doesn't look like it came from a computer) course schedule. Now I know the SIS system includes a program called RBA120 that does the same thing but you know how "picky" folks can get when it comes to publishing information for the public. :-)
