I To F Process

This FOCEXEC will correct SIS screen SP1 (via batch transactions) with a grade of F for those courses that are marked as an I for the given term. One other note. This needs to be done before running any processes that are dependent on grades (grade mailers, rosters, warning/probation/suspension letters, etc.).
