Voice FX Files

These FOCUS programs create the extract files needed for the grade reporting section of the Voice FX system. First, a little background on Voice FX in regards to the grade reporting feature. This allows an institution to electronically send student grade information. After Voice FX receives your data, they load it onto their equipment so it can be accessed via the INTERNET or by a toll-free phone number. Imagine that! No more grade mailers! <grin> One caveat though. Voice FX requires that you send them student address information, which in turn is sent to the 'corporate sponsors'. Also, students have to (when they access their grades via the phone) listen to two commercials. There is no way to bypass these and the students must respond (yes send information, no, etc.). Of course, if a student wishes to suppress his address data from being sent, this can be indicated on screen 11.
