Evaluation Sheets

These two FOCEXECs provide excellent examples of creating letters with FOCUS in conjunction with SIS. The first one produces a Technical Advanced Placement {TAP for short} sheet for a student. I haven't the slightest idea what it is. :-) The other FOCEXEC produces a credit evaluation sheet for a student. The TAP one is fairly straight-forward. The registrar's office fills in a field (term report flag field #10 in this example) on screen 119. The FOCUS program then produces letters on all those students who have this field set and a batch transaction is generated to "reset" this field. Next, the FOCEXEC for the credit evaluation sheet follows the same concept (term report flag field #6 is set in this example) but is a tad more complex. Its "two-part" design allows it pick up all of the institutions (up to 5) a student has attended plus the one they are in now.
