Institution Exchange Labels

This FOCEXEC will produce the mailing labels for the an institution exchange agreement. This is when institutions exchange bio/demo information on students in each school's attendance area. Noticed how OpenVMS DCL was used to format the resulting mailing labels so they will "fit" on laser printer medium.
