Academic Progress

This FOCEXEC process determines the academic status (as it relates to financial aid) of financial aid students. Next, the rap code (on screen 325 in the SIS on-line system) is set in the following order : 1. on academic warning 2. on academic probation or suspension. 3. terminated because of hours. This is done through batch transactions. Normally this process is run at the end of each term after grades are posted. Finally, the starting term to check for is limited to the term the institution went from quarter to semester. This check can be removed if this is not the case for you.
