Copy Rap Codes

This FOCUS program creates batch transactions that will move the rap codes on SIS screen 325 from one award year to the next. After all, if a student is on financial aid termination for one award year, no sense in awarding him for another one. The FOCUS code provided moves the data from 1998-1999 to the 1999-2000 award year. Assuming the selection criteria does not change, you should be able to use this program for any award year as long as you set the input variables accordingly.
