Student Loan Budget Adjustment

This Uni-Basic program will put a budget adjustment on screen INC for those students who have indicated they are interested in a loan. In addition, the family contribution is adjusted to reflect this change. The reason for this is to take into account any fees that are often associated with student loans. It was developed for Colleague Release 13. Finally, a list (unformatted) is produced showing the student ids affected.
