FRS Check Run

I know this stuff probably belongs under the "FRS" section of my website, but since I don't currently have such an area, this was the next best place. These series of VMS DCL command procedures were designed to automate the FRS "check cycle". Oh yes, in this age of "e-commerce", a lot of places still produce good old paper checks to send out. :-) I've included these routines mostly for the DCL techniques that are presented.

Checking the current system hour to see when job is running
Determining the order of print jobs sent to a queue
Using a lexical within a character string
"Zero fill" a number that has been converted to a character
Check to see if a job is already in a batch queue

I have color coded the above selections (& have done the same in the program code) to make them easy to find.
