The "early alert" system is designed to be used by two groups of individuals : 
counselors and faculty.

Instructions for counselors :

"X - Exit Early Alert System" : quits program.

"P - Alert Processing" : allows a counselor to list all of the "alert" records
sent to them.

"I - Alert Inquiry" : allows a counselor to list all of the "alert" records for
a given student with a given term.

"A - Add Counselor to System" : adds counselor to receive "alerts".

"U - Update Counselor Records" : updates/deletes counselor data.

 
Instructions for faculty :

"X - Exit Early Alert System" : quits program.

"C - Create Alert Entry" : used to create an "alert" record.

"P - Process Alert" : displays all unprocessed "alert" records.

"R - Read Counselor Responses" : list all of the "alert" records originated by
them and allows them to read counselor comments.

"A - Inquiry as Advisor" : allows an advisor to list all of the "alert" 
records for a given student with a given term.

"O - Inquiry as Originator" : allows a faculty member to list all of the 
"alert" records created by them.
