Cashier Checkout Summary

This program produces what is called the 'weekly cashier checkout report'. It summarizes the activity for each cashier operator id within SIS. Need to make sure no one is dipping in the till, eh? With a little bit of OpenVMS DCL, the date the report is generated is stored in a 'parameter' file to use the next time the program is ran.
