No Hold Flag/Screen 11

This FOCUS program removes the entry from SIS screen 11 for those students who have had the billing hold flag deleted from SIS screen 448. This is the opposite of this case study. In addition to the FOCUS program, you'll need to modify SIS screen 911 & you'll need to modify the 10B batch transaction to add the field that is used on SIS screen 11.
