Totally Withdrawn List

This FOCUS program lists the students who were on financial aid for the entered award year, but have totally withdrawn for the input enrollment term. Also, an indication is made for each person to show whether or not they are considered to be a first time student. It is a bit complex especially the part when it determines if a student is first time or not.
