"Out of state" Tuition Sum

This FOCUS program will create a list of students giving the total subcode amounts billed for the specified terms. In the example given, tuition subcodes (those that begin with "111") are totaled for out of state students (those whose term residency is equal to "N"). The program code gives an excellent (in my opinion) example of how to create term based information from two different files (enrollment & billing) and then being able to link the two together by using the MATCH statement.
