Fix Financial Hours

These FOCUS programs are used to correct the financial hours for students registered in courses that were accidentally set up wrong. This is assuming that the course has already been corrected. Having wrong financial hours can wreck havoc for a student's account (both good and bad). For example, being billed for 6 hours when you are actually enrolled for 12 hours (or vice versa). First, a list is created that shows these courses. It's a good idea to run this FOCEXEC on a regular basis. When you come across such courses, plug the enrollment term and course section into the other two FOCUS programs in order to correct and verify. The correction is done by batch transactions.
