Undecided Hold Flag

This FOCEXEC will activate a hold flag on those undecided students who meet the following criteria : a) are taking 12 or more hours for the selected term and/or b) have a cumulative total of 12 or more hours that they have took as an undecided student. That should stop students from doing this naughty thing. <grin> Also, this report produces batch transactions to update the hold flag #15 field on screen 004.
