"No Show" Correspondence

This FOCEXEC will generate a mail merge file to produce the letters for students who are considered "no shows". Also, it produces batch transactions to update the hold flag #23 field on screen 004. Check out this case study to learn more about how we used hold flags in SIS 88.1. In regards to the portion where the mail merge file is produced, you will note it is conspicuous by its absence. Check out this case study to see why this was done. Finally, I included this FOCEXEC because of the "in depth" technique it uses for determining a "no show" student. Please don't ask me to explain it. :-) I just do what the admissions office tells me.
