Close Matriculation

This FOCEXEC will create the batch transactions to close matriculation records (Screen 110) on students; those who did not attend for the input term. This will prevent students from being able to register. This process is also very useful for institutions who have what they call continuing education students; that is those who may take only one or two non-credit/personal interest courses like photography, flower arranging, etc.
