To move from "centi-" to "deci-", you need to move one step to the left.
23.3 cg --> 2.33 dg

Factor Label Method (7E only)

Begin by writing the term you need to convert. Choose an appropriate conversion factor and set it up as a fraction beside the term you are converting. Be sure to set up the fraction so that the unwanted terms will cancel out. If more than one conversion is necessary, you can perform them one at a time or all at once.
