Chad's Summary: A delegation of Kelownans arrive at the SGC for military assistance in the defense of the Kelownan nation. Quinn is shaken up by the current situation on his home planet. Dr. Kieran (Dean Stockwell) -- a Kelownan representative brings Quinn news of a resistance movement planning a coup in order to prevent the military destruction of the planet. General Hammond orders SG-1 to perform a recon mission on Kelowna. SG-1 offer medical aid in return for more Naquadria. The Kelownans offer additional Naquadria for both military and medical assistance. The Kelownan First Minister Valis (Joel Swetow) requests that Quinn keep an eye on Dr. Kieran. In return for their help in executing the coup, Dr. Kieran promises SG-1 a stock pile of Naquadria. After a fall, Dr. Kieran is taken to the SGC infirmary for treatment. Carter tracks the Naquadria to resistance headquarters only to find the resistance is a Naquadria -- induced hallucination of Dr. Kieran. SGG-1 find and take the Naquadria. Quinn warns the Kelownans against further use of the Naquadria as a weapon. He, then, discovers that Dr. Kieran is schizophrenic as a result of extensive Naquadria exposure. Quinn, himself, is not at risk of developing the same illness.
