Chad's Summary: In order to free Teal'c from Apophis' brainwashing, Master Bra'tac removes Teal'c's larval Goa'uld to perform a Jaffa last rite -- known as the Rite of M'al Sharran. The rite entails painful memories from Teal'c's past coming to the surface to clear his mind from Apophis' control. After some time, the rite is successful. Teal'c regains control of his mind. The larval Goa'uld is returned to Teal'c to once again act as his viral and bacterial immune system.
