Chad's Summary: While on Chulak trying to recruit more Jaffa soldiers for a resistance movement, Teal'c is taken hostage. Meanwhile, the rest of SG-1, along with Jacob Carter, embark on a dangerous mission to prevent a possible alliance of Apophis and Heru--ur. Teal'c is tortured by a Goa'uld named Terok (Paul Koslo). Teal'c and Rak'nor (Obi Ndefo) have a heated conversation before Terok engages in another round of torture. Meanwhile, Jackson and Carter try to reprogram a mine in order to stop the alliance of Apophis and Heru--ur. Apophis and Heru--ur arrive at the location of the meeting. Heru--ur offers Teal'c to Apophis who accepts the offer which ensures the new alliance. Terok tries to kill Teal'c, however, Rak'nor kills Terok. The reprogrammed mine hits Apophis' ship, and Apophis destroys Heru-ur's mother ship. Rak'nor assists Teal'c in his escape. Apophis will absorb Heru-ur's forces into his own making him an even bigger threat to Earth.

Actor Notes:
Obi Ndefo played the part of the Bartender in the "Lonely Hearts" episode of Angel (1999 to 2004). He appeared as Drex in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993 to 1999) episode "The Way of the Warrior." Ndefo portrayed Kelemane in the Star Trek: Voyager (1995 to 2001) episode "Blink of an Eye."
Paul Koslo appeared as Johnny Ray Hix in The Flash (1990 to 1991) episode "Sins of the Father." He played the role of Skinner in the Misfits of Science (1985) episode "Twin Engines." Koslo portrayed Lyle Austin in the Knight Rider (1982 to 1986) episode "The Ice Bandits." He appeared in two different roles in two different episodes of The Incredible Hulk (1978 to 1982). First, Koslo portrayed Carl Rivers in the "Long Run Home" episode. Secondly, He played the part of Doug Hewitt in the "Veteran" episode.
