The Conclusion...

Chad's Summary: The lone surviving Replicator bug invades a Russian submarine. The bug attacks a submariner named Yuri (Yurij Kis). After an examination by Dr. Fraiser, Daniel Jackson rushes to the gate room in time to witness the return of O'Neill, Carter, and Teal'c. O'Neill plans to go fishing again, however, Major Davis briefs the team about the incident on the Russian submarine. The Replicator killed the submarine crew and took over the ship. The Pentagon wants to preserve some Replicators for study. During the Briefing, Thor comes to the SGC seeking help in combating more Replicators. Carter goes with Thor to assist him while O'Neill, Jackson, and Teal'c head for the submarine. O'Neill and Teal'c enter the vessel with some additional personnel while Jackson observes them via a video monitor. Carter and Thor board an Asgard ship to assist other Asgard ships in a battle against the Replicators. O'Neill and Teal'c search the submarine. The Replicators are now gray instead of blue. O'Neill discovers the Queen Replicator surrounded by a hive of other Replicators. One member of O'Neill's search team is killed by the Replicators. Carter attempts to develop a method of fighting the Replicators for the Asgard. The Pentagon now wants to destroy the submarine. Jackson convinces Major Davis to postpone the destruction of the ship and kill the queen bug instead. O'Neill and Teal'c enter the submarine again to create an explosive diversion in order to kill the mother bug. Carter plans to destroy the Asgard ship, the O'Neill, to stop the Replicator invasion of an Asgard home world. O'Neill kills the mother bug, and he orders that the submarine be destroyed. Carter's plan works, and the invasion is stopped. Thor and Carter rescue O'Neill and Teal'c before the submarine is destroyed.
