Chad's Summary: SG-1 are enlisted to help the Tollan government decide a matter of justice which could have far ranging implications for an old friend. Skaara has asked the Tollan government for help in releasing him from the grip of the Goa'uld Klorel. However, Klorel does not want to give up his control of Skaara. On the new Tollan home world, the legal proceeding is called a triad instead of a trial. Using a Tollan device worn over the chest, Klorel can not pretend to be Skaara. At issue is who will ultimately control the host body--Skaara or Klorel. The Goa'uld believe that the host body is the property of the Goa'uld to which the body serves as host. However O'Neill and Jackson do not believe that the host's body is the property of the Goa'uld. Meanwhile, Carter and Teal'c observe Zipacna's (Kevin Durand) Jaffa guards trying to sabotage Tollan weapon sites. Narim does not believe that the Goa'uld have tampered with Tollan weapons. O'Neill orders Carter and Teal'c to stop observing the Jaffa. However, Teal'c seeks Lya's help in protecting the Tollans from a Goa'uld attack. The Goa'uld are planning an attack on the Tollans. Skaara wins control of his body. Teal'c stops Zipacna from using a Goa'uld communication device. Using the magical power of the Nox, Lya hid a Tollan weapon in order to combat the Goa'uld attack. Two gliders and a mother ship are destroyed while Skaara is freed from Klorel's grasp.
