Chad's Summary: SG-1 return home from a mission and are ordered to the infirmary. Then, they are injected with a yellow drug which puts them to sleep. After some time, Teal'c awakens and overhears an alien plot to take over Earth. He soon escapes to free Carter. The aliens have the ability to mimic someone's appearance with the use of a circular device attached to their chest. They also have access to someone's thoughts through a device on their heads. Teal'c and Carter are immune, to the alien's methods, because of their connection to the Goa'uld and the Tok'Ra. Carter seeks help, outside of the base, from Col. Maybourne while Teal'c remains on the base to fight the alien threat. Maybourne does not believe Carter and inadvertently hands her over to two aliens in the form of O'Neill and Jackson. Meanwhile, Teal'c is captured, and the aliens ask him about Carter. Carter, Maybourne, and the aliens fly back to the base on Maybourne's plane. On board the plane, the alien O'Neill is revealed and Carter kills him. Carter also kills the alien Major Davis. The real O'Neill and Davis wake up suspended from the ceiling attached to alien devices. They eventually get free from the devices. Carter discovers the mimic devices and uses the alien Daniel's mimic device to infiltrate the base. She also reasons that the mimic devices malfunctioned because of the sound produced by the plane's engines. The alien Dr. Fraiser experiments on Teal'c's symbiote. After some time, O'Neill and Davis discover the alien Dr. Fraiser when O'Neill inadvertently triggers an alarm while attempting to awaken the real Dr. Fraiser. The pair are shocked when Daniel walks into the room and turns out to be Carter. O'Neill and Davis fight the alien incursion with the help of Teal'c. Meanwhile, Carter finds the right sound to counteract the alien mimic devices. The aliens true form is revealed, and they try to escape. Carter shuts down the Stargate, and the remaining aliens self destruct. The remaining SGC personnel wake up. To gain access to the SGC, a small team of aliens impersonated an injured SG-6.
