Chad's Summary: A Death Glider is being fired upon by two Goa'uld ships while SG-1 await what they believe is a meeting with the Tok'Ra. The glider crashes on the planet, and SG-1 investigate only to find an injured Apophis. They bring Apophis back to Earth. Dr. Fraiser treats his injuries and discovers that he has been abused by another Goa'uld System Lord. In exchange for a new host, Apophis offers the knowledge of the Goa'uld. Martouf warns the SGC about a probable attack by the Goa'uld Sokar to get Apophis back. SG-1 take turns interrogating Apophis. During one of his interrogations, Apophis loses control of his host. The host is terrified and passes out. Sokar threatens the SGC with destruction, if they do not return Apophis to him. After Teal'c has an argument with Apophis, Dr. Fraiser gives him a pain killer. Carter begins to question him, and Apophis realizes she was joined with a Goa'uld. Fearing a Goa'uld attack, the president orders that all medical aid cease. When Apophis dies, his body is to be sent back to the planet where he was found. Jackson performs a funeral rite for Apophis' host. Apophis' body is sent back to the planet. Martouf tells them that Apophis may be revived, because Sokar has a sarcophagus.
