Plot Outline:
SG-1
encounters Harlan (Jay Brazeau), the last survivor of a cataclysm on his planet,
who makes robotic copies of them. The robots go to Earth thinking they are SG-1.
General Hammond places the robots under arrest after Dr. Fraiser discovers the
truth. The robots begin to have withdrawal symptoms from their power source on
the planet, and they are sent back to the planet. Harlan made the robots for
companionship and help in maintaining the complex. The robot Teal'c attacks the
robot O'Neill. The robots discover that their real bodies do, in fact, exist.
The real SG-1 discovers the robots. SG-1 returns to Earth while the robots stay
behind on the planet.

of the spin—off series Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987 to 1994).
The Star Trek: The Next Generation episode was originally broadcast
on April 23, 1990.

computer. The surface of the planet is contaminated by extremely high levels
of deadly radiation. The sole survivor, Harlan, is an android. The
technology of Altair is highly advanced; however, the technology now
stands in various states of disrepair.
