Plot Outline:

During an unsuccessful test to see if he can live without his larval Goa'uld symbiote, Teal'c has a dream about his son Ry'ac (Neil Denis). Teal'c attempts to get the team to return to Chulak to stop a Goa'uld larva from being implanted into his son. The team returns to Chulak undercover. Teal'c's family is outcast and are living in a refugee camp. Teal'c stops a priest from performing the ritual of implantation on his son. On their way back to the Stargate, Carter and Jackson follow a group of priests carrying a large container with Goa'uld larva in it. They steal one for study back on Earth. O'Neill realizes that Ry'ac has Scarlet Fever and gives him some medicine. The medicine is not a cure. Teal'c gives Ry'ac his own larval Goa'uld to save his son's life. The larval Goa'uld that Carter and Jackson stole is implanted inside Teal'c. Teal'c leaves his family in the care of Bra'tac (Tony Amendola) and returns to Earth with the team. à Plot Outline by Chad C.

·        Chulak --- is the name of a town or village chosen as the name of the planet visited by SG teams 1 and 2. Chulak is the home of the Jaffa who serves the Goa’uld as guards and as incubators for Goa’uld larva. The planet has Earth—like woodlands and two (2) suns – a very non—Earth—like characteristic. SG-1 revisited Chulak to rescue Teal'c's son Ry'ac from larval Goa'uld infestation. The SGC computer designation for Chulak is unknown.
