Summary: The Enterprise discovers a Class--M planet. After some discussion, the crew decide to explore the planet. After exploring the planet, all of the search party, except the captain, decide to spend the night on the planet. Ensign Mayweather tells a ghost story around a camp fire. After his story, a wind storm begins to blow. The crew seeks shelter in a cave that T'Pol discovered earlier in the day. Back on Enterprise, Reed informs Archer of the storm. Mayweather returns to the camp site to get the food, and he sees three people near the camp. Novakovich (Henri Lubatti) hears voices in the cave and leaves the area. Tucker and Mayweather search for Novakovich. Meanwhile, T'Pol explores the cave, and Cutler (Kellie Waymire) observes her talking to two people. Archer and Reed take a shuttle pod to rescue the crew, but they are unable to land because of the storm. Tucker becomes more and more distrustful of T'Pol. Novakovich is beamed up to the Enterprise. Because of a transporter malfunction, he is fused with rocks and leaves. Novakovich's bloodstream is filled with Tripolycine--a hallucinogenic compound. Some time later, Dr. Phlox discovers that the Tripolycine has released a deadly toxin into his blood. T'Pol and Tucker aim phase pistols at each other. After a deception by Archer, Sato and T'Pol, T'Pol injects the landing party with a cure that Dr. Phlox devised. After the storm clears, on the next day, a shuttle pod retrieves the Landing party.
