Master bedroom is 14x17 ft. and full-wall closet
Livingroom is 14x21 ft.
10 ft of counter in 8x11 ft kitchen with pantry and
10x12 dining area.
smaller rooms (each with full-wall closets) are 13x14 & 12x12.
Water heater in pantry allows 8 ft. piping to sinks in kitchen and master bath.
Version 2. I put the A/C up into the attic and got more space for the bathroom,
made the pantry bigger to get more counter/storage,
moved the bedroom door over to corner for privacy
made bedroom 2 bigger, and changed the kitchen/livingroom door into a breezeway.
roof trusses. This design will use a 6:12 pitch and allow for a useable attic space that is 10 feet by 32 feet and have a 5 foot ceiling.
