Dear Dr Holland,

As you wrote in your previous letter, the article is not of type you publish because it does not satisfy your(Holland's) criterion of urgency. However, you has not specified yet why the paper does not satisfy your criterion of urgency.

Usually, those papers where already known results are obtained in a different way are not to be published urgently. The submitted paper is not of this type.

Moreover, in the description of Phys Lett A I did not find any criterion of urgency. It is stated that papers get published rapidly.

I appreciate the way of communicating when both sides understand each other unambiguously. The other ways of communicating are adverse to academic affairs. Therefore, please specify the reason(s) for not publishing the paper, clearly.

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely yours,
S. Shahverdiyev.
