the God says in Quran  fight only those who fight you and don't extend your war to those who didn't fought you the god forbids you to fight those who didn't attack you and didn't try to expel you  form your rightful home. if you do attack those then you are criminals and the god don't like criminals

 nb:- I used the word criminals because I didn't find an equal for the Arabic word which mean those who are unfair and seeks to take what they don't own by the way of strength it is kind of a word that apply to Hitler

In the Islamic law there is no difference bet harming a Muslim or a none Muslim . if a Muslim killed a non Muslim this is punishable by death.

what I am trying to say is in every religion there is people that do stuff  in the name of their religion which is actually the contrary to what this religion says

There is a command in the bible to kill witches. if we thought in this order as osama bin laden think in jihad then Christians should kill those who perform magic tricks in TV along with every one watching them and also kill the actor who played Gandalf  or Sarouman in lotr or the actors of charmed .Buffy or Sabrina the teenage which because they encourage magic.
