1- One of the basic concept of Islam is that the God don't want the Muslim to stress himself very much in worshiping. for example 3 men came to the profit Muhammad and one of them told him that he will forbid himself from marrying a woman in order to please Allah, the other told him that he will fast to the end of his life ( NB the Islamic fast forbid food and water in day time and allow them at night), the 3rd told him that he will spend all his nights in worshipping god. the profit answered I fast some days a eat others , I marry women and I spend only some nights worshipping god. Who ever  don't want to follow my pass will not be a follower to me.

the point is that the God commands you to balance your life or as Omar ibn Elkhatab* say it work for your life as you will live for ever and work for your death as you die tomorrow.

In the prophet  first  days in his prophecy and when he was ordered to worship at night he thought it would be better if he stands one leg to be more tired for that sake of god but the god instantly sent him Gabriel his messenger with a piece of quran that said what means we did not send you the quran to make you tired but is a message to the people who would fear god. in other words any effort that serve no actual need is not a part of Islam.

Islam is based on a well balanced form that serve both god and human for the sake of human after all.

2- second concept I want to explain is the free right of thinking in Islam. Although we can't modify a direct order of god (for ex the alcohol is forbidden) we have freedom to judge any thing else through measurement and by balancing it benefits against its damage. for example drug abuse is forbidden because it is harmful to human body and impair its ability to attain his best functionality.

Islam is a total democracy. No one in Islam is allowed to impose his opinions  or his views over others who ever this person is I doesn't matter if he is related to prophet or not, rich or poor white or black Arab or not. the only point that can differentiate between one another is his actions. Muslim have full right to criticize what ever opinion he wants if he have enough evidence to proof he is right.

the Islamic nation was the first republic ruled by freely elected presidents. the 1st four rulers after the prophet was chosen by the people ( although public elections was not possible at this time still every one of them was publicly accepted by the people and there was a strong system that gave the ruler NO immunity to criticism and even forcing the ruler to change his  opinion to what people want.

unfortunately after this wonderful time the Islamic nation was forced to accept the rule of tyrants reached through by stealth and  the power of weapon. after the 1st for rulers no body can claim that who followed them can be counted as Islamic rulers. the rule of kings or any other form of ruling based on any thing other than people free choice is not related to islam in any aspect no matter what they claim.
