I Know, I Know...

This site is best viewed with Safari, or (presumably) another Mozilla-based browser. Netscape 4.7 for the Mac does not render correctly, but with a click on the refresh button after it doesn't load each page, it will actually display the thumbnails (if you don't mind waiting for it to load ALL the images before you can do anything). This is one better than Internet Explorer, which does not draw more than the first thumbnail on a pictures page. This seems to be related to the Geocities' server somehow, because IE renders every page just fine on the local server.

According to the compatability checker I ran my code thru, the site is compatible with Mozilla 1.2, Internet Explorer 5.5 for Windows (and newer), Netscape 6 (and newer). The problems it told me I would have with earlier versions of IE and Netscape are not the ones I'm experiencing, so who knows how valuable this information is.

Oh, and you MUST have JavaScript enabled. You won't see nothin' in any browser without it.

So, basically you should use Safari, because that's the browser I tested the site against, and it does draw everything beautifully, just the way I want, and I didn't bother jumping thru hoops to work around various browser bugs. :  )  And, it automatically blocks the annoying ads that Geocities otherwise imposes.
