I made this animated gif from six global views of Mars I found on NASA's website. These six global views of Mars were taken by the Mars Orbiter Camera on the Mars Global Surveyor on February 14, 2003 when it was the middle of the summer in the northern hemisphere and the middle of the winter in the southern hemisphere. The original pictures were larger and can be found here. The file size for this animated gif is 492 KB, so be patient and give it time to load. You will not see continuous animation until the gif has completely downloaded. Thanks to Blumentals Software for the use of their trial version of the Easy Gif Animator.
