Making Effective Water Balloons

Making water ballons is easy ... but making effective water ballons takes time and patience. The result is a water balloon that does not break in your hand, offers maximum splashing power, and requires virtually no post-splat clean up.

Materials Needed

• water
• Big, big balloon
• Ballon ties (optional)
• Second-story window
• Target below window

Instructions

1. Fill ballon with water.
2. Tie ballon using a tie or by making a knot.
3. Go to a second-story window.
4. Aim at spot below window.
5. Drop ballon.
