A Denali Park Pilgrimage, By Brian Miller
At this point, we stopped at the top of the hill to take
a few snap-shots:

I'm so beat, and I got blisters on my feet.
We kept cruising down the trail toward the bus.
The above photos were taken at about 10:00 PM. The waders I had worn
had done a number on my feet, and the 12 miles or so were not helping them.
It was extremely painfull. We continued until it got very dark, and
at about 12:30 AM we stopped for the night on some moss nestled between
some spruce trees on a little river bend. Unbeknownst to us, we were
within a mile and a half of the bus. We camped out and had some soup,
some tea, and some super-brown boiled river water.
