[64.1kb] Shigyou Renhou
One of the four evil guys from the second part of Fushigi Yuugi. I wanted to draw him because he has really cool eyes. I guess they have to be cool if you're going to posess people with them. You can't have boring eyes if that's your power.
[64.2kb] "Wedding Peach, change your wedding dress!"
It's Limone, the angel from Wedding Peach! Though the show is quite frightening, Limone is the best. He makes his entrance into the show by walking down a stairway of light from the sky. He's also accompanied by sparkles and love bubbles, which I also drew into this picture.
[64.6kb] Kenshin vs. Sailor Moon
Drawing blood is fun. I'm rather indifferent about "Sailor Moon" (it's just her I can't stand), and I actually think Sailor Moon would win in this case (I mean, magic powers against a sword. Come on.) ...but this would probably be the result if her attack sequences are really that long in actual life. "Moooooon.... Princess..... Aaaaaah!"
[60.7kb] Shirtless Zelgadis
After being pestered by one of my friends to draw shirtless Zel for a long time, I finally did it. Drawing the stones and stuff was really interesting.
[56.4kb] Chiriko
This is Chiriko from Fushigi Yuugi if he was 16-7 years old. Based on Yuu Watase's sketches. He still looks kinda feminine, doesn't he. Oh well, girls tend to like pretty boys anyway.
[101kb] "NOW I'm pissed..."
Zechs Merquise from Gundam Wing. I drew this for the MAV, so I thought I'd spice it up a little by colouring it a bit on the computer. And so here it is. It's not a very good drawing, but atleast I didn't draw him with his chicken helmet (which was my original plan).
[94.4kb] Shiso
Shiso is one of my favourite characters from Ayashi no Ceres, but he makes his first appearance in the 5th volume, and I don't want to spoil anything for anybody. Anyway, this drawing really bugs me cause I drew his eyes too close together and there's no way I can fix it now. You can't really tell when you view it full-size, but still...
[44.1kb] Note: Male
This isn't part of my sketchbook, but I'm putting it up anyway cause I'm bored. I drew this for the Koibito Archives (I'm Ayanojou no Koibito) and I thought it ended up looking kinda nice, though I only used one colour for shading.
[50.4kb] Qawoor Taurus & Ura
I wanted to draw Qawoor from El Hazard: The Alternative World cause she has cool hair. But I didn't want to draw just her, cause she's boring...so I stuck Ura in there as well. I'd say Ura is my favourite non-human character from anime.
[58.8kb] Yukishiro Enishi
This is my pathetic attempt at slightly top view perspective.
Though I don't know much about the Rurouni Kenshin series, I decided to draw this psychotic murderous rage-filled long lost brother of Macross 7's Nekki Basara. I found out he's not in the TV series...injustice, I say! But atleast he's in the OAV. Then I found out he's voiced by Sasaki Nozomu, better known as Yuusuke from Yu Yu Hakusho and Nagi from Weiss Kreuz.

Which means...dear god, no...Enishi can't sing!!

[51.4kb] "All night? All right!"
Oscar, the guardian of courage-bringing fire from the insanely popular video game series Angelique. Popular in Japan, anyway. The few people in North America who own it (like me) get attached to the characters. As a candidate to be Queen of the new universe, you create your own land with help from the nine elemental guardians. You get to interact with them, and they either get to like you or hate you. The compatibility factor with the guardians is different for each player, cause you enter your zodiac sign and blood type at the beginning of the game. Oscar's cool, but he's not one of my favourites. He never hates me or likes me; always indifferent.
[49.3kb] "Hey."
Zephel, the guardian of skill-bringing steel. One thing I love about Angelique characters is their outfit. They're detailed and cool, but they change each time a new game is released, so I can never decide which one to draw them in. For Zephel (one of my favourites), I chose the one from the...second game? It's mostly leather, so it's neat (though I can't draw leather very well).

Like my drawings of Ken, Nanami, Makoto and Yohji, this is one of those "standin' around" pictures. And yes, I will try to draw each of the nine guardians in a row! Even the ones I don't like. (Julious...grr)

[64.7kb] A book with no name...
Good ol' Luva, guardian of knowledge-bringing land. He always likes me, though it seems like most players can't seem to get along with him. The oldest and smartest of the nine guardians, I think he's also one of the most normal. He has no strange quirks, except for the way he hesitates when he talks, and the fact that he has about a zillion books in his office. All he does is read...which isn't suprising I guess, since he was born on a desert planet.

Is there a club for people who can't draw hands?

[55.7kb] "I like creampuffs!"
How to draw Marcel, guardian of plentifulness-bringing green: draw a little happy blonde girl with huge pupils, and voila! He actually looks a bit too masculine in this picture (yes, isn't that sad), which is why he doesn't really look like Marcel... Anyway, he's so incredibly happy. (Look, even his bird is getting sick of him.) He's the only guardian that doesn't hate anyone. Everytime he comes knocking on my door, I feel like slapping him. Unfortunately, that's not one of the options in the game. Though that would be interesting. "It's Marcel! What should I do? a) Let him in, b) Ignore him, c) Punch him out." But you have to get the guardians to like you in order to do good in the game, so you have to be nice to all of them. Sigh.
[74kb] Yep, looks sure can decieve
Meet Lumiale, the guardian of gentleness-bringing water, who's more womanly than alot of women I know. I have nothing against Lumiale...but he kinda scares me. When he painted a huge portrait of me (by memory) and hung it on his office wall... that was disturbing. Sure, in his culture, it's normal to paint pictures of people they like and display it - or so he claims - but that's just a tad bit obsessive. Of course, the people who made the game thought of that, but was it so neccesary? And his cresent-shaped harp is actually a huge horn. A horn of what? Could it be the tusk of an elephant? Has Lumiale been visiting ivory dealers?
