Schoolstuff4U
Schoolstuff4u has spent its pioneer year selling textbooks and other school-related items on eBay. We have come in contact with 100's of homeschoolers across the country and have sent books as far as Moscow, Russia. Schoolstuff4u came into existence at the beginning of the school year and accomplishes two things. First, it gives our small Christian school a way to generate money to upgrade our computer lab. Second, we have found a great outlet for our used textbooks. No longer do they end up in the dumpster or bought for "pennies" by textbook resellers. We have been able to provide Abeka and Bob Jones curriculum to many families dedicated to educating their children in a home environment. The lab has been able to purchase many new items, including a color printer/scanner that has enabled us to do school newsletters in color. It has been a very exciting experience. |
