  Physical health are the aspects of health that have to do directly with the body. Weight, strength, & the way your body functions are physical characteristics that are part of your physical health. Along with absense of disease & energy.
The five types of health are physical, mental, emotional, social, & spiritual. All play a very important part in our wellness. They all balance out or bodies & moods. We use all forms of health to achieve optimal wellness. All five forms well be described and defined in these next paragraphs.
  Spiritual health involves your relationships with other living things & the role of siritual direction in your life. It is also keeping hamonious relstionships with other living things & having spiritual direction & purpose.

  Mental Health is your ability to recognize reality. Being menbtally Healthy means you are open to learning new things & accepting new ideas. You also have a sense of self-worth & tolerate differences. You also acknowledge that stress is a managable part of life.

Social Health:
  Social health is interactions with other people to build satisfying relationships. Which means having friends & others who you can talk tro about your problems. Your social health development begins when you are a toddler interacting with your peers.
  Emotional health is your ability to control your feelings so that they are expressed in an appropiate way. An emotionally healty person enjoys life and views difficulities as challenges.
