There have been over five hundred hits to Joe's Hole--at last check the hit counter was at five hundred and twenty-three--in the past four months. Not very outstanding numbers under most circumstances, but for a personal website--you have to realize, most people don't care what other people have to say. Five hundred is a pretty big number for a site of this genre within its first four months of existence--especially since only three articles have been written.

It's been nearly a month since I have opened notepad and began writing an article. A month in two days. what could cause such a hiatus? Ninjas? Terrorists? Rain or snow?

The answer is, quite simply, nothing.

Nothing to write about. Or, to put it better, too many things to write about. When I don't have to write about something specific, nothing seems worthy of writing unless it is extremely out of the ordinary. Such is the cost of having a personal web page.

I feel I haven't been funny lately. My original intentions were to have a humorous, satirical site--but then I wrote what was on my mind, and it was never funny. That kind of disappoints me--I don't want to change my site's name and description, but on the other hand, it doesn't currently fit the site's topic. How to fix it, how to fix it?

It doesn't really matter. I'll think of something. Or maybe I won't. What are you gonna do about it?
