¶ My first gallery opening was when I was 14 years old. It was held at a private middle school in my home town. That night, 10 framed matted prints of my photographs were sold, and $500 dollars were put into my college fund. ¶ I use a Canon PowerShot S5 IS Digital Camera for almost all of my photos. Some are taken with a disposable camera, a few with a Kodak Easyshare Camera, and others with a 35mm Canon Camera. |

Personal Photo Shoots |

These are two of the many Photo Shoots I have held with my friends. Each summer and occasionally throughout the year I do this and I practice my photography skills on people. I really love macro shots, but I believe that if I learn how to photograph people, I could really do alot with it. I am planning to experiment with make-up, black and white photography and different settings. Also, I would like to use a backdrop. Not like the one for school pictures, but one where the model can focus on his or her attitude for the photo rather than trying to fit into or stand out from a distracting setting. |
