(it looks like nothing happens but your computer takes a picture and puts it on your clipboard)
2) Open your paint program--go to "start" on your computer,then "programs" then "accessories" then "paint" and open that program.
3) From inside the paint program click on "edit" then "paist". you should see the screen shot on your paint program.(you might want to save the picture in case you make a mistake later)
4) You have to make the picture smaller by cutting out sceens you dont want,because W.O.T. has a limit of how large the screen shot is.
Because of my slow internet i can only put a screen shot that is about 10x10 tibia squars large.So to make the picture smaller--click on the dotted line box in the top left corner,(you have to click on it even if is already depressed)
5) Click and drag the mouse to make a box,everything inside the box should be what you want shown,everything outside the box will be deleted.
6) Now click the middle of the box and drag the whole part of the kept picture to the top left corner.
7) click off the picture so you no longer see the dotted line box you made.If you scroll all the way down to the bottom right corner,you should see a blue dot,The blue dot will delete everything it passes over,Click and drag the blue dot all the way up to your picture.(your picture should be in the top left corner).
8) Save the new cropped piture under a different name.

9) Go to the World Of Tibia website,(make sure you are logged in),go to the forums,find the message you want to "reply" to,or choose "new topic".
You must type something in the text field,then select "Browse" (a window should open,you might have to find the file you saved it in,it should be "my documents" "pictures")
10) Click on the screen shot you want then select "open"
11) then select "preview" or "submit" and you are done.
If you get an error message,it means your picture is still too large,you have to go back into your paint program and make your picture smaller,and save it.
Go in to your paint program and select "open" you should be able to find it.
