We spent a week in July 2001 visiting friends, Becky & Steve in Blacksburg, Virginia, home of Virginia Tech, where they are both students, studying plant and science stuff. Here are our gracious hosts, working diligently in their labs.

While we were in Virginia, we were treated to wonderful mountain views, met some great people, and even saw the resort were Dirty Dancing was filmed! Jeff played a lot of golf, and we both relaxed, something we both really needed.
