Data Set On-line Tool

I was not only impressed with the data set on-line tool, I was excited. It had so many great sites I felt like a kid in a candy store. For my content area I chose a few sites that would help me with a global history curriculum. The Universal Currency Converter allowed a comparison of prices in different currencies and how the value of money changed daily. The webcam site brought a country to you in real-time. A student could zoom into a country and see it in real-time. How cool is that! Another exciting site was the Explore Mars, which gave you the feeling like you were stationed on Mars. All of these sites could be incorporated into a curriculum to integrate technology and create a motivating, learning attitude in students. I can't wait to apply these sites to my  class curriculum.
