Hollys Darling
Darlin' is a 1989 Appendix bred Quarter Horse with show experience in speed and flags.  She has placed consistently in open horse shows and has qualified numerous times to the Arkansas State Championship Horse Show, the largest open breed horse show in the world.  She has great ground manners, will stand tied for ages, and is a reliable mount for anyone with riding experience.
Darlin' is approximately 15.2 hands tall.  She is not necessarily a "hot" horse, but enjoys her job of running speed and flags and is ready to go when you get to the gate!  However, she is quiet on the trails.  She will cross water, go up and down hills, and cross fallen logs with no problems.
She has never been sick or injured and is a relatively easy keeper with general maintenance (i.e., regular deworming, quality hay or pasture grass, etc.).  She requires no other special feeds or supplements to keep her in working condition.  No hock or joint problems.
Darlin' has also been hunted off of in the past and is not bothered by the sound of gunshot off of her back.
She is up to date on all vaccinations, deworming and farrier appointments.
Darlin' is being sold simply because my husband has lost interest in showing competitively.  We do not trail ride as much as we used to anymore, so we hate to see her waste in the pasture, just getting older with no one using her.  She's an excellent mare!  Don't let her get away!
