We enjoyed doing the "fitness is play" activity and health education presentation for the 41 kids (aged 3 to 12) from the Bright Horizons managed child care center located here in our complex.

Meet some of our most dedicated & friendliest "Members of the Month"

Carol -- A born and raised Wisconsinite � originally from a small town of 275- she still commutes from Wisconsin everyday, has worked for Verizon for 12 yrs. Married with 3 boys and a dog, she likes to read, go boating, play softball and especially basketball. She is the only female boys� basketball coach (7th -8th grade) in Kenosha. Bowling average of 190, she has been physically active ever since she picked up a basketball and baseball mitt, age 6, she says it makes her feel good, healthy, happy, and energetic
�Take it one day at a time, keep a balance. Make every day a great day, or at least try.�

MARK is an Applications Engineer at U.S. Filter. He's often seen riding his Harley to work. At 31 yrs old he has been married for 8 years, and has 3 kids. Originally from Palatine, he moved to Colorado Springs for 3 years, and eventually moved back. He likes to snowboard, ski, and mountain bike.
�Stay in shape. You never know when you will get knocked off the horse. It is much easier to dust off and get back on.�

Jan is the HR Administrator for Roanoke. She's resided in the Chicagoland area her whole life. Married with 3 grown kids, and 4 grandkids, has not slowed this youthfull woman down. She sticks to her exercise program, and enjoys reading, biking, and golfing. She's planning to hike the Grand Canyon April of 2003
