This image is from Yours and My Secret. It features the main characters Nanako and Akira. The plot of this manga is Akira is secretly in love with Nanako, a very cute girl in his class. The only problem here is Nanako is an extremely violent person. One day Nanako is a sick and the teacher ask someone to take her work to her. Akira takes her homework to her and her crazy grandfather switches their bodies during one of his experiments. Chaos insues. It seems Nanako likes being a boy (as she's in Akira's body now) and is much better at being a boy then he ever was. This manga is great. Checked it out and laugh your butt off.
