Hello, welcome to ISPW. I�m not quite sure how you made it here to my lonely little site, but since you�re here why not check out the wallpapers that I slaved over. Each was lovingly made with Paint, Arc Soft Photo Studio, and another program that aren�t Paint Shop Pro. Life is truly hell without PSP. Everyone should make note of that. Surprisingly, I make do with what I have. Hence the name [Insert Special Effects]. Here I fake having fancy editing programs and make fabulous wallpaper despite what I have to work with. All wallpapers are 800x600 and open up in new window. Just like a pop-up.
