Through all my school years i have been in choir, I have gone through years of lessons,concerts, and recitals. And all the hours i haver spent in my life on singing has all been worth it.
One major reason singing is my most treausured possession is because my grandma loved my voice and was my greatest inspiration. Everytime i saw her she would tell me to sing for her. Because she was once a beautiful singer at her time too. My grandmother passed away this past year and now my voice is like my comfort zone. When i sing i feel like shes watching me and listening through it all.
Even if i don't get a career near music, i will always sing my entire life. It brings me joy and makes me closer to my grandmother. When i am older and married, i hope that my children will adore singing as much as i do. I think my singing voice is my most treasured possession and is a priceless thing to have.
